Courtnée Frame

Courtnée is delighted to have joined the team at Malmesbury Dental & Specialist Referral Practice as Practice Receptionist. She is known for her kind, welcoming, and approachable manner. She plays a key role in helping patients feel at ease from the moment they contact or arrive at the practice, creating a calm and reassuring encounter.

She manages the dental diary and acts as the main link between patients and the clinical team, helping to coordinate appointments efficiently and ensuring smooth day-to-day organisation within the practice. Her friendly communication style and attention to detail help keep both patients and clinicians well supported and keep the practice running smoothly!

Courtnée is also the main point of contact for referring practitioners, assisting with referrals, and maintaining clear communication between the practice and external dental professionals.

Outside of dentistry, Courtnée has a busy home life and enjoys spending her time with her children and animals. Being outdoors in nature is one of her favourite places to be, and she will quite often be found with her children, walking the dogs in and around the Cotswolds countryside.
