Once your hygiene visit is booked, we’ll send you a confirmation email, followed by a medical form to complete before your visit.
You’ll be welcomed by our friendly reception team, who will ensure everything is ready for your appointment.
Your dental hygienist will review your medical history and discuss any concerns or areas you’d like us to focus on.
We offer two options for routine dental hygiene care: a traditional 30-minute scale and polish, or an advanced 45-minute hygiene appointment. The additional clinical time allows our hygiene team to provide more personalised oral hygiene advice and use EMS Airflow® technology to gently and effectively remove plaque, biofilm and surface staining.

Absolutely. We understand that dental hygiene treatment can sometimes be uncomfortable, particularly if you have sensitive teeth or gums. Local anaesthetic may be an option to help make your appointment more comfortable, and we can allow additional clinical time if needed. We’ll always listen to your concerns, work at your pace and tailor your treatment to your needs.
Yes. Our hygienists can treat gingivitis (early gum disease) by providing professional cleaning, personalised oral hygiene advice and ongoing maintenance. If you have more advanced gum disease or complex clinical needs, we may recommend an assessment with our specialist periodontist for a tailored treatment plan.
Following specialist treatment, you will return to our hygiene team for regular periodontal maintenance to help maintain the results, reduce the risk of recurrence and protect your long-term gum health.
EMS Airflow® is an advanced cleaning system.
It uses a controlled mix of air, warm water, and fine powder to gently and effectively remove plaque, biofilm, and staining.
No. EMS Airflow® is designed to be comfortable and minimally invasive.
If you have sensitive areas, your hygienist will adjust the treatment to suit you.
A traditional scale and polish appointment is 30 minutes. An advanced dental hygiene visit using EMS Airflow® is 45 minutes.

Very pleasant and well-equipped new dental surgery. The staff were very welcoming and explained everything clearly.
I received excellent care at the brand-new dental practice in Malmesbury and would recommend it as a family dental practice. I was looking for a new dentist as the one I had been with for decades was retiring. It’s conveniently situated just off the main roundabout into Malmesbury and is the first turn on the left just before Malmesbury Primary Care Centre — plenty of easy parking. The building itself is beautifully converted from the old police station and is light and airy, with calming decor. The dental nurses were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, even taking time to show me round the practice. Everything is new, and the facilities are equipped to a high standard. Dr Alzin, the dentist I saw, was very professional, explained all procedures thoroughly, and provided valuable tips for maintaining healthy teeth and gums. I look forward to my return visit in 6 months for my next routine check-up. Thank you, everyone. I genuinely enjoyed my visit today.
I visited on opening day and had a great experience. The staff were lovely and offered refreshments upon arrival, everything was fully explained to me, and various options were given. Highly recommended!

The service has been outstanding, and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. Each dentist is incredibly knowledgeable and has helped me massively. I can’t recommend them highly enough for anyone who needs a quality dentist.
