A very efficient, friendly and professional new dental practice. I have been looking for a new dentist since mine retired - I think I have found her! All staff are superb - in reception as well as those in the surgery itself. Just what Malmesbury needs.

I was keen to find a dentist and Peridontal specialist in my local area and having registered my whole family online, Imogen called me and we had a long discussion about all our needs. We didn’t have to wait long for an appointment and we were greeted by a very friendly team when we arrived at the practice. It is a really lovely building, set up well with modern technology to make the experience pleasant. This includes air conditioning, which was very welcome on a hot day. As my dental needs are more complex I felt Imogen and her team had all the expertise I need going forward and so far it has felt personalised and very professional. Their communication is superb and they are very thorough. Everything is explained well and they are upfront about costs and future treatment bills.Imogen was supportive and caring towards my mother who suffers with dementia and was also great with my teenager who required a kind but firm approach.I really recommend this practice and feel we are in good hands!

As a ex dental nurse and someone who still works within the dental industry myself, I’m incredibly picky about where I choose to go for check ups and treatment. The standard of dentistry, materials, equipment, and patient care really matters to me, and honestly, finding a practice I fully trust has been difficult. I live in Chippenham and have spent a long time trying to find somewhere that genuinely aligns with the level of care I know patients deserve from experience.I’m so glad I found Imogen and the team at Malmesbury Dental.From front of house to the clinical team, every single person was welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. The entire experience felt different from the moment I walked through the door. You can tell this is a team that truly values quality dentistry and invests in the highest standard of equipment, materials, and patient experience.What really stood out to me was how thorough and educational the appointments were. My x-rays and photographs were explained clearly and properly in a way that felt informative rather than overwhelming, and I was made to feel completely comfortable and at ease throughout. They took the time to talk through areas to monitor, explain findings in layman’s terms, and ensure I fully understood everything about my oral health. Not to mention Imogen took the time to learn about me as a person and never made me feel rushed.As a former dental nurse and now someone working within dentistry from an industry perspective, I see a lot behind the scenes, and genuinely, practices with this level of care, standards, and attention to detail are rare.Having multiple specialties under one roof is also a huge bonus and something you don’t often find done this well.I have complete trust and confidence in Imogen and the team and would recommend them a thousand times over, especially to anyone anxious about visiting the dentist or looking for a practice that genuinely prioritises patient care.And no, I don’t work here. I’m just genuinely that impressed.

A really wonderful experience from start to finish. Courtnee was brilliant at finding the right time for an appointment and Imogen and Alyson have been so helpful with our daughter. We felt listened to and are so glad you’re now in town!

I have had 2 appointments with this new dental surgery. All the staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. The building has been renovated so that it is light, airy and comfortable. There are welcome touches like tea and coffee.Most importantly the dentists are thorough and take the time to explain everything. They do not push you to have dental work that you don’t need and fully explain options.

I have recently moved back to malmesbury and found myself in need of an emergency dentist appointment,I called Malmesbury Dental & Specialist Referral Centre and they booked me in the very same day. The service has been outstanding, the staff are very welcoming and friendly.Each dentist is incredibly knowledgeable and has helped me massively. I can’t recommend them enough for anyone needing a quality dentist.

I received excellent care at the brand new dental practice in Malmesbury and would recommend them as a family dental practice. I was looking for a new dentist as the one I have been with for decades was retiring. It's conveniently situated just off the main roundabout into Malmesbury and is the first turn on the left just before Malmesbury Primary Care Centre. Plenty of easy parking. The building itself is beautifully converted from the old police station and is light and airy, with calming decor.The dental nurses were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, even taking time to show me round the practice. Everything is new and the facilities are equipped to a high standard. Dr Alzin - the dentist I saw, was very professional, explained all procedures thoroughly and provided valuable tips for maintaining healthy teeth and gums. I look forward to my return visit in 6 months for my next routine check up.Thank you everyone I genuinely enjoyed my visit today.
