Our referral process is effective, quick and simple.
Identify a patient who has an advanced clinical need and offer a referral.
Make the referral – online, via email or post.
Our team will contact your patient to organise a consultation.
We will write to you informing you of our clinical findings and the suggested treatment plan.
Treatment will be provided by our team.
Once treatment is complete. We will refer the patient back to you, with a treatment summary report and onwards dental care plan.
At Malmesbury Dental & Specialist Referral Centre, our specialist team works collaboratively with you to deliver the highest standard of care for your patient. We value the trust you place in us and are committed to supporting you and keeping you up to date throughout the referral process.
We tailor our communication to your preferences and welcome your involvement in the treatment plan as much or as little as you wish. Referrer preferences can be selected on the online referral form. Once treatment is complete, your patient is always returned to your care with a clear treatment summary and ongoing care recommendations.

Integrate our referral form into my patient management software. This pre-populates the patient and referrer details, so all you need to do is add the clinical details and send via email with supporting documentation to referrals@malmesburydental.co.uk. Contact our team to help you set this up.
Paper referral:
Please request paper referral forms via referrals@malmesburydental.co.uk. These can be emailed or posted to the practice.

Very pleasant and well-equipped new dental surgery. The staff were very welcoming and explained everything clearly.
I received excellent care at the brand-new dental practice in Malmesbury and would recommend it as a family dental practice. I was looking for a new dentist as the one I had been with for decades was retiring. It’s conveniently situated just off the main roundabout into Malmesbury and is the first turn on the left just before Malmesbury Primary Care Centre — plenty of easy parking. The building itself is beautifully converted from the old police station and is light and airy, with calming decor. The dental nurses were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, even taking time to show me round the practice. Everything is new, and the facilities are equipped to a high standard. Dr Alzin, the dentist I saw, was very professional, explained all procedures thoroughly, and provided valuable tips for maintaining healthy teeth and gums. I look forward to my return visit in 6 months for my next routine check-up. Thank you, everyone. I genuinely enjoyed my visit today.

I have recently moved back to Malmesbury and found myself in need of an emergency dental appointment. I called Malmesbury Dental & Specialist Referral Centre, and they booked me in the very same day. The service has been outstanding, and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. Each dentist is incredibly knowledgeable and has helped me massively. I can’t recommend them highly enough for anyone who needs a quality dentist.
